PRH intern Victoria Laxalt interviews guest curator Sally Frater on her vision for Round 42, titled The One and the Many: A Self-Portrait in Seven Parts. Frater discusses the impetus for the theme, referencing her time at Project Row Houses as a Core Fellow living on-site, and how the works of these selected artists collectively construct a portrait of her through the issues that they address in their practices.
PRH intern Victoria Laxalt interviews Houston-based artist Nathaniel Donnett on his Round 42 installation the off-center of invisibility. Continuing with his concept of dark imaginarence, Donnett explores the ways in which people, objects, cultures, and classes are perceived and valued by turning a row houses inside out and bringing life on the street into a lived space.
PRH intern Victoria Laxalt interviews Houston-based artist Ayanna Jolivet Mccloud on her Round 42 installation Score (How to Hold On to Chasms and Fill with Matter). In this installation, Mccloud continues her project Instruction Manual, a combination of instructions and poetic reflections that are part of a larger text and archive.

PRH intern Victoria Laxalt interviews Houston-based artist Kenya Evans on his Round 42 installation In the Meantime. The installation sees Evans revisiting the lived tactics of an earlier lifestyle, on in which he would fashion temporary furniture to furnish temporary housing, connecting his work and this lifestyle to notions of diaspora in African American communities.
