Join us in welcoming the 2023 Suzanne Deal Booth Fellows, Nadine Nelson and Jody Wood. On Thursday, March 2nd, the two Fellows will share prior work and provide their guiding questions that drive the research during their Fellowship year.

The Fellowship builds on Project Row Houses’ (PRH) history of leadership in social practice and community-engaged art projects. Founded as a partnership between the Center for Art & Social Engagement (CASE) and PRH, this fellowship program brings artists, cultural practitioners, urban planners, educators, and policy makers to engage with the PRH process and the greater Houston community.

The Suzanne Deal Booth Fellowship educates and empowers the next generation of leaders in socially engaged art and activism, disseminates a known successful practice, and seeds discourse across the nation.
