“‘They use the space as a studio. In a lot of ways, we don’t necessarily know what things will look like,’ said PRH’s public art director, Ryan Dennis, who is co-leading the program along with guest artist William Cordova. “The six row houses are basically think tanks that they apply materials to and that they transform physically and intellectually,” said Cordova, who has invited artists such as Jamal Cyrus, Carlos Sandoval and Tomashi Jackson to speak. ‘My space has been constantly filled with individuals, with creative people. There’s been a lot of energy going through that space.'”
