2009 Summer Studios
Studio Period: July 6 – August 14, 2009

PRH is excited to announce the 2009 Summer Studio Artists. Seven area college/university students, nominated by their professors and selected by a panel of professional artists, will be creating original artwork in the Artist Project Spaces during a six-week-long residency. In addition to the studio space, this Residency includes opportunities to engage within the PRH/ Third Ward Community, mentorship from established Houston-based Artists and a culminating month long exhibition.

The public is invited to stop in during the Studio Period to visit the artists at work. The Art Houses will be on view Wed-Sun; 12-5PM during the Exhibition Period.
