PRH is excited to announce the 2009 Summer Studio Artists. Seven area college/university students, nominated by their professors and selected by a panel of professional artists, will be creating original artwork in the Artist Project Spaces during a six week long residency. In addition to the studio space, this residency includes opportunities to engage within the PRH/Third Ward Community, mentorship from established Houston-based artists and a culminating month long exhibition.

The public is invited to visit during the Studio Period to visit the artists while they work. The Art Houses will be on view Wed. – Sun. from 12:00PM – 5:00PM during the exhibition period.
